Cover Letters

Just like a pair of Crocs, a cover letter can either be an essential staple or an outdated relic depending on who you ask.  For some employers, it's another document they won't have time to open. For others, it's an important element of your application and significantly contributes to shortlisting decisions. 

I can help you decide if a cover letter is needed and if so, what to write to ensure maximum impact. 

Key Selection Criteria

Love them or hate them, if you want to work in the public or non-profit sector, Key Selection Criteria (KSC), are a necessary part of any job application.

They come in many forms including a Statement of Claims, Capability Statement or Two Page Pitch and they exist for excellent reasons (to ensure a fair and merit-based process) but they can be a real pain point, especially when you're applying for more than one job at a time. 

I can show you exactly how to respond, how to identify your best examples for each required criteria and how to create a KSC response template for future applications.

$150 for a one page Cover Letter (or add it to your Resume for $100)

This includes an extensive online consultation, a targeted Cover Letter for a specific role and a template to easily tailor for future roles.
